May 4 daytime update

• 6:35AM - Maureen is sleeping. Her diaper is dry.

• 7:15AM - Maureen continues to sleep. Diaper remains dry.

• Day officially began @ 8:15AM. Maureen's overall disposition is good. Her diaper was wet. The pad was wet as well. Sheets were dry. We estimate that Maureen urinated between 7:30-8:00AM.

• Maureen began to list to the left and slouch forward slightly from the moment we set her in the day chair. Maya inserted a green wedge pillow to straighten her posture.

• We will give Maureen 1/2 glass of prune juice.

• Nasal congestion is significant. We will administer a dose of Flonase in each nostril.

• 8:54AM - baby aspirin and blood pressure pill administered.

• 10:00AM - Maureen continues to tilt to the left and slump forward significantly.

• 10:05AM - For Maureen's comfort, we decided to move her to the lift recliner in the front room because she was tilting to the left and slumping forward significantly.

• 11:50AM - We took Maureen to the bathroom. Waited 10 minutes. Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels. Maya checked her pull up right before we proceeded to the bathroom. Maureen last urinated between 7:30 to 8:00AM. It has been 4-4.5 hours since Maureen last urinated. Maya and I tried to use the new Liko hygiene sling with the newly purchased extension straps. • 12:25PM - Maureen had lunch. She did not cough at all.

• We gave Maureen a bottle of the organic coconut water during lunch. She loved it. Did not hold one sip of it in her mouth.

• 1:25PM - We took Maureen to the bathroom. Her pull up was wet. Again, it seep through to her pants somewhat. Maya cleaned Maureen thoroughly and put a fresh pull up and clean pair of pants on her.

• 2:30PM - Session with Sr. Roberta has begun.

• 3:50PM - Maureen asked to go to the bathroom. Her pull up was soaked. It also seeped through to her pants. Maya cleaned Maureen and put on a new pair of pants and a fresh pull up.
