Friday May 22nd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It. 1 suction

-Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

• Lucy is here for recertification, all went well.

-10:15am gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Breakfast was a waffle w/half jelly half Nutella & diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of orange juice w/Thick-It. 1 suction and 2 coughs.

-11:20am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream to Maureen. We are watching game shows, Maureen is resting/relaxing.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack yogurt. Gave Maureen 500mg Tylenol w/yogurt per Tom for discomfort signs on her forehead. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It. 1 suction 2 coughs.

-1:55pm giving a albuterol breathing treatment.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/medium VD odorless and bloody. We positioned Maureen on her right side

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. Dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. Maureen drank 10oz.of lemon water w/Thick-It. -4:15pm checked Maureen's diaper, it was dry.

-4:30pm dinner Cane's chicken w/potatoes salad & beets.

-5:15pm we gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. 3 coughs

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless & yellow. We applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's face and hands and applied cream to her legs, feet, hands and face. We dressed her for the night and positioned her on her left side.
