Saturday May 23, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab.

Seems like Maureen is having pain, We check her temperature 98.2 , No fever.

9:45AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine and 1 tab Tylenol 500mg with apple sauce.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen finished 6oz of cold thickened water. No coughing.

10:10AM - Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was medium wet, woth medium VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. Wash her hair today. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM- Breakfast - scrambled egg with ham, tomatoes and onions, and kiwi. Maureen finished 8oz thickened prune juice with 1/2 cap miralax.

Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce. Coughed3x suction twice.

11:40AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had fruit yogurt for a snack. No Cough

2:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

4:00PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened flavored sparkling water.

4:15PM- check diaper, heavy wet had large formed BM. We transfer to the bedroom and We cleaned and change Maureen and back to the front room for dinner.

4:50PM - Dinner - Orange chicken with rice. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. Cough once no suction.

5:45PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:55PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet and has medium VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
