May 3 daytime update

  • 6:30AM - Maureen is sleeping

  • 7:00AM - No change. Maureen continues to sleep.

  • 7:30AM - Maureen is still sleeping. She is beginning to stir a bit.

  • 8:20AM - Maureen remains asleep.

  • Maureen began her day @ 8:45AM. She is alert and engaged. Maya and I observe a somewhat heavy amount of congestion. Diaper is medium wet. Maureen had a small formed bowel movement. Click/tap here to view a detailed overview of the process Maya and I use to get Maureen ready for the day.

  • Breakfast service began @ 9:25AM.Posture in the geri chair is very good. Maureen is tilting slightly left. Click/tap here for detailed overview of the entire breakfast service process Maya and I use each day

  • Daily MiraLAX dosage: None

  • General observations @ 10:03AM> The day started off reasonably well. Maureen is somewhat heavily congested. Energy is at an acceptable level. Maureen is engaged, responsive and somewhat communicative. Eyes are almost completely wide open. Coughing was at a minimum—only three in total during the breakfast service.

  • 10:11AM - Morning oral care routine

  • 10:20AM - Morning facial routine including hands and arms.

  • 10:30AM - Maya and I tilted the geri chair back one notch for Maureen's comfort and to relieve stress on Maureen's lower back.

  • 10:50AM - Organic fruit smoothie

  • 11:20AM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #1. The diaper was light wet. Maya and I completely a clean & change. We then placed Maureen on her right side.

  • 11:35AM - Rest Break #1 begins.

  • 12:35PM - Rest Break #1 ends. Diaper was light wet. Maya and I cleaned and changed Maureen. The three of us then proceeded to the kitchen for lunch.

  • 12:53PM - Lunch | Maya prepared 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich on toasted sourdough bread, 1/2 a bowl of green pea and chicken soup and a serving of beets. Maureen will consumer one 12-ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water during the lunch service. For dessert, Maureen enjoyed one of the chocolate chip cookies Susan Bus made along with a small glass of milk.

  • 1:50PM - Afternoon oral care routine

  • General observations @ 2:05PM> Lunch went pretty well for the most part. Maureen was engaged and communicative. Her eyes remains wide open during the lunch service. There were no periods where she nodded off. She coughed three times—two of them were red face.

  • 2:17PM - We headed to the bedroom to get ready for Rest Break #2. Diaper was light wet. Maya and I cleaned and changed Maureen. We then placed Maureen on her right side. She will spend 1/2 off this rest break on her right side and the other half on her back.

  • 2:29PM - Rest Break #2 begins

  • 3:05PM - Rest Break #2 ends. Diaper was dry. We got Maureen dressed and headed to the front room for the remainder of the afternoon.

  • 3:20PM - Afternoon fruit snack

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

 
 
 
Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
