Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update

7:00 vitals are …

Temperature is 97.7°

Pulse is 78 BPM

Oxygen level is 94%

Sleeping soundly

9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.

10:50AM- Maureen is on her left side already awake. No sings of pain or any distress.

Her Left foot swollen and has red spot, we applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment .

11:00AM- We place Maureen in an upright position.  We gave Maureen couple of sips of water Via swabs her mouth is dry. We Administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.  Then couple sips of water with lemon via swab.

9:50AM- Check Vitals

97.8- temp.

11:15AM- We start our Morning care to Maureen, Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. We washed and dry Maureen’s left breast using

( skintegrity and gauze sponges) Diaper was dry with Large  VD brownish/bloody but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11:40AM- Giving her neb treatment with Albuterol.

11:55AM- Breakfast- scrambled egg ,tomatoes and cheese with kiwi. Maureen finished her food, and finished 4oz of thickened sprite.

Cough2x with phlegm suction2x

Administered Cetirizine 10mg with apple sauce.

12:30PM- oral care , facial and hand care routine

12:35PM- Maureen is relaxing right now , close her eyes for a nap

1:00PM- Kathy and Tommy came to visit Maureen .

1:50PM- We gave Maureen sips of water via swab.

2:00PM- We transferred her to the bedroom, diaper was dry . We position her to face the right side.

3:00PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry we dressed Maureen  and move to the front room.

3:15PM- giving her 2nd Neb treatment with Albuterol.

3:30PM- giving her couple sips of sprite via swabs.

4:20PM- Dinner purée Bake Salmon and Brussels sprouts with dressing (thousand Island ) Maureen ate all and enjoyed it. Finished 4oz of thickened sparkling water.

5:00PM-Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat with thickener.

We gave Maureen Tylenol 500mg tab with Apple sauce.  (forehead crinkled looks like she’s having pain)

5:20PM-oral care

5:40PM- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and a strong smell and has Medium Soft BM and has medium VD brownish/bloody I can’t say if the VD has Odors coz the urine has a strong smell. We cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We washed Maureen’s left breast ( skintegrity and gauze sponges) Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment her right foot is still showing some redness and swollen . Position to face the left side.

6:15PM - Maureen's sleeping.
