  • Maureen began her day @ 8:10AM. She is alert and engaged. Congestion is almost nonexistent.. We will administer a dose of Flonase during the breakfast session. No nebulizer saline solution treatment is necessary. The diaper is light wet. Click/tap here to view a detailed overview of the process Maya and I use to get Maureen ready for the day.

  • There is no redness visible at the waistline. Consequently, we did not apply Nystatin Ointment.

  • Breakfast service began @ 8:42AM. Posture in the geri chair is very good. Maureen is sitting almost perfectly upright with the assistance of the two green wedge pillows. She enjoyed a red velvet doughnut with cream cheese from Joe Donut this morning along with a small glass of milk. Click/tap here for detailed overview of the entire breakfast service process Maya and I use each day.

  • Daily MiraLAX dosage: None

  • General observations @ 9:42AM> Breakfast went pretty well. Maureen was somewhat lethargic t/o the breakfast service. Her eyes were closed at times. She nodded off twice for brief periods of time. Coughing was not an issue—only three times. Maureen did sneeze once.

Maureen will consume one 16-ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water during the lunch service today. There will be no dessert since Maureen had a doughnut for breakfast.

  • General observations @ 12:25PM> When we arrived at the kitchen table, Maureen was tilting hard to the right—it was more her neck than her torso.
