June 28 daytime update

6:30AM - Maureen is awake. I gave her sips of water using pink mouth swab and will continue to do so as long as she remains awake.
.Maureen began her day @ 8:05AM. She is in a good frame of mind. Congestion is somewhat heavy. The diaper is medium wet. Click/tap here to view a detailed overview of the process Djon and I use to get Maureen ready for the day.
Breakfast service began @ 8:30AM. Posture in the geri chair is near perfect. We used the two green wedge pillows to support her left and ride sides/arms. Click/tap here for detailed overview of the entire breakfast service process Djon and I use each day.
8:41AM - Djon gave Maureen a dose of Flonase in each nostril.
Daily MiraLAX dosage: 1/2 cap
Due to a lack of activity, we also gave Maureen a total of six ounces of prune juice this morning in addition to 1/2 cap of MiraLAX.
9:36AM - Morning oral care routine
9:42AM - We tilted the geri chair back one level for Maureen's general comfort and to reduce pressure on her lower back.
9:45AM - Morning facial routine including arms and hands
General observations @ 9:53AM> Breakfast was an unexpected challenge today. Maureen had trouble chewing and swallowing. She coughed 13 times. Some of the early coughs were somewhat heavy in that they involved a grinding sound. The coughing subsided for the most part after 9:10AM. Maureen was somewhat lethargic during breakfast. She feel asleep for a few minutes right before breakfast started. Energy was a bit low. As a result, she was not as engaged or responsive a normal.
10:03AM - Morning exercises
10:30AM - Organic fruit smoothie
10:55AM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #1. Diaper was heavy wet. Maureen had a small formed bowel movement. After completing a clean & change, Djon and I placed Maureen on her right side.
11:06AM - Rest Break #1 begins.
12:19PM - Rest Break #1 concludes. Diaper is medium wet. After completing a clean & change, Djon and I transported Maureen to the kitchen for lunch.
12:32PM - Lunch | Djon prepared 1/2 a ham, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise sandwich on toasted sourdough bread, 1/2 a bowl of homemade lentil soup and a serving of beets. Maureen will consume one 12-ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water during the lunch service. For dessert, Maureen will enjoy 1 chocolate chip cookie and small glass of milk.
General observations @ 1:45PM> Lunch was also somewhat of a struggle. Maureen was very lethargic. She took quite a while to chew and swallow her food. Djon was being more deliberate than normal due to all of the coughing—eight in total. Energy, responsiveness and communication were all off. Maureen did pick up a bit of energy as the lunch service wound down.
2:00PM - Afternoon oral care
2:07PM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #2. Diaper was heavy wet. Maureen had another small formed bowel movement. Djon and I completed a clean & change. We then placed Maureen on her left side.
2:20PM - Rest Break #2 begins.
3:05PM - Rest Break # 2 concludes. Diaper is medium wet. Djon and I performed a clean & change. We then transported Maureen to the front room for the remainder of the afternoon.
3:25PM - Afternoon fruit snack.
