June 22 daytime update

• 6:35AM - Maureen is sleeping for the most part. She stirs lightly from time to time.

• Maureen began her day @ 8:05AM. She is in good from this morning. Congestion is somewhat obvious. The diaper is medium wet. Wednesday is bed bath day. Click/tap here for a detailed overview of the process Djon and I use each week.

• Breakfast service began @ 8:33AM. Posture in the geri chair is good. Maureen is tilting somewhat to the left and forward. We inserted a green wedge pillow on each side of her per usual. Click/tap here for detailed overview of the entire breakfast service process Djon and I follow each day.

• Daily MiraLAX dosage: Full cap

• Due to the lack of bowel movement activity this week, we gave Maureen a full cap of MiraLAX and approximately eight ounces of prune juice.

• 9:21AM - Djon administered a does of Flonase into each nostril.

• 9:24AM - Morning dental care routine

• 9:31AM - We tilted the geri chair back one level for Maureen's comfort and to relieve some of the pressure on her lower back.

• 9:32AM - Morning facial treatment

• 10:24AM - Organic fruit smoothie.

• 10:55AM - We headed to the bedroom to pretreat for Rest Break #1. Diaper was medium wet. Maureen had a very small soft bowel movement. After Djon and I completed a clean & change, we placed Maureen on her right side.

• 11:09AM - Rest Break #1 begins.

• 12:20PM - Rest Break #1 concluded. Diaper is medium wet. Djon and I cleaned and changed Maureen. We then shampooed Maureen's hair in bed using the inflatable basin.

• 12:47PM - Djon stayed Maureen's hair in the kitchen.

• 12:52PM - Lunch | Djon prepared a turkey, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise sandwich on toasted sourdough bread, 1/2 a bowl of chicken and pea soup and a medley of grilled portobello mushroom and zucchini. Maureen will consume one 12-ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water during the lunch service. She will enjoy a small serving of rice pudding for dessert.

• 2:02PM - Afternoon oral care

• General observations @ 2:09PM> Lunch went well overall. Maureen had good energy throughout the service. She was rather chatty. Responsiveness and engagement were good. Coughing was not bad—four times. As the lunch service wrapped up, Maureen began to tire. She also got somewhat congested.

• 2:07PM - We headed to the bedroom in advance of Rest Break #2. Diaper was heavy wet. Maureen also had another very small soft bowel movement. After completing a clean & change, Djon and I positioned Maureen on her left side.

• 2:29PM - Rest Break #2 begins

• 3:00PM - Rest Break #2 concludes. Diaper is light wet. Djon and I cleaned and changed Maureen. We then headed to the front room for the remainder of the day.

• 3:15PM - Afternoon fruit snack
