Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's lying on her left side, looking comfortable - eyes slightly opened.


8:15AM - Closed her eyes and back to sleep.


8:45AM - Maureen's awake, no signs of any distress. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 102/58, P: 68bpm, O2: 96%

8:55AM - Neb treatment with saline.


9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, no redness on skin. We cleaneemd and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.


9:25AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water before breakfast.


She had scrambled egg with tomato and sweet pepper, banana and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 2x.


10:15AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine.


10:45AM - Out for a walk.


11:45AM - Arrived.


We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry, we positioned to face her right side.


12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.


12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets, spinach soup and 12 oz sparkling water. Maureen had multiple coughs and sneezes.


1:40PM - Oral care.


Maureen looked sleey but remained awake while on recliner.


2:30PM - We placed her in the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.


3:35PM - Fruit snack (apple and water melon). She had 3oz lemon water.


**Total liquid intake - 33oz
