9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:00 am : still sleeping.

10:10 am: Maureen is awake.

Medium wet diaper.

We cleaned and changed her.

We washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her right foot.

We washed her left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity spray.


We placid Maureen in an upright position.

Few sips of water by swap

Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:40 am: She seems like she is in pain (she looks tired, she is moaning softly, furrowed brow )

Administered Tylenol.


Coughing: 4 times.

Suctioning: 2 times.


She is taking more sips of water by swap.


10:55 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.


11:00 am: Nebulizer/albuterol


11:15 am: Breakfast: Scramble egg with cheese, ham, tomato and avocado.

Administered 10 mg of Cetirizine Hcl with a little apple souce.


Carolyn and Colleen visited Maureen😊


Coughing- 3 times

Suctioning- 2 times


11:50 am: NAP -12:15


Diana - hair stylist- visited Maureen.

We had to wake her up.


1:40 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for break rest.

Dry diaper.

We applied Bisacodyl suppositories.


Barbara visited Maureen😊


2:45 pm: light wet diaper, small formed BM


3:00 pm: we transferred Maureen to the living room.


3:20 pm: Nebulizer/ Albuterol


Luda and Merianne visited Maureen 😊


4:00 pm: Dinner: Orange chicken.

6 oz of sprite with thickener.


Administred: 12,5 ml of Vimpat with thickener and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.


Coughing-

5:30 pm: Oral Care.


5:45 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper. Medium brown discharge.

Cleaned and changed. Administered Prevent Silicone Cream.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.

We washed left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

6:30 pm: Maureen is in bed.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
