Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's soundly asleep, she's on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

8:50AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, gave her sips of water via swab. She took and swallowed slowly.

Placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Neb treatment with saline. **She coughed while treatment was on-going, we used suction machine and took a good amount of phlegm.

BP: 104/64, P: 68, O2: 95%

9:25AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:35AM - Maureen took 10oz of water with electrolyte powder. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with grape jam, banana, 8oz prune juice. Coughed 3x, sneezed 2x.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine after.

10:30AM - Went out for a walk.

11:15AM - Came back from a good walk before sun got too hot.

Maureen took 5oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

11:50AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:30PM - Still sleeping.

1:05PM - Maureen finally woke up from a long nap, looking well rested. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

1:15PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, squash soup and 15 oz sparkling water. Coughed 2x, sneezed 2x.

2:15PM - Oral care.

2:50PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

3:45PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

4:00PM - Fruit snack (apple and banana).
