Thursday April 30th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we sat her up in a upright position and gave her a albuterol breathing treatment. Then we gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

• MorningCare- we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/small VD odorless and yellow. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day.

-11:00am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/tomato and onion & diced avocado. Maureen drank 6oz of prune juice w/Thick-It and a half cap of Miralax. 2 coughs w/meal.

12:00pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream to Maureen. Listening to music relaxing/resting.

-1:15 pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon, Maureen drank 10oz.of lemon water.

-2:00pm we gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and yellow. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was dry but had a medium BM very soft & loose. Dressed her to start her afternoon & transferred her into the living room.

-4:00pm Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:40pm dinner chicken pot pie. 2 coughs.

-5:25pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. Finished 10oz.of of sparkling water.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face, dressed her for the night. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Fluids- 42oz.

Vitals- T-99.0 PO-89/96
