Wednesday April 29th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, woke up trembling a little Tom calmed her & gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & she drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It. Gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/small VD odorless and yellow. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes, dressed her for the day & transferred her into the living room.

-10:30am gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi, Maureen drank 8oz.of orange juice.

-11:15am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Watching game shows, relaxing/resting.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

She had 5 coughs & 3 suction's w/this snack & drink.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed Maureen's diaper it was heavy wet w/small VD odorless and yellow. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was medium wet. We dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room.

-3:30pm gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment. Gave Maureen 10oz.of lemon water.

-4:40pm dinner spaghetti

-5:15pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water. 3 coughs 1 suction since dinner.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w /small VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her face and hands and applied cream to her legs, feet, hands and face & dressed her for the night. We positioned Maureen on her left side.
