Friday May 1,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her water via swab.

9:40AM-We placed Maureen in an upright position then Give her Neb treatment with albuterol.

administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

10:00AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with small VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs.

We Shampoo and wash Maureen hair today. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM-  Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly and kiwi, finished 8oz thickened orange juice Maureen ate well.

Coughed3x suction

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with purée pear

11:20AM-Oral care

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Cough2x suction.

2:00PM- Give her Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet and has small soft BM.we  cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and change. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water. No cough

.4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Pasta spaghetti. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, and has Large VD cloudy and odorless. we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
