Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, looking slightly sleepy but able to accept sips of water via swab.

9:15AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/64

P: 65 bpm

O2: 97%

9:25AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:40AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Medline remedy cream on inner thighs. We got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

9:50AM - Maureen took 10oz of water with electrolytes. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 4oz coffee. Maureen also finished 8oz of apple juice. Coughed 3x, she's able to take out phlegm on her own.

10:35AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine after.

11:10AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We placed her to face the right side.

12:10PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.

Lunch - baked salmon, pasta, and 11oz coconut water. Maureen ate well. Coughed once.

12:50PM - Oral care.

1:00PM - Closed her eyes for a nap.

Maureen had a 15min nap. She's comfortably sitting on her reclining watching tv.

2:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with medium soft BM, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - She had 4oz lemon water before the fruit snack (melon, banana and apple).

** Maureen's energy maintained. Less coughing today, only when drinking liquid and mostly coughs out the phlegm herself.
