P Monday 5-25-26 Daytime summary

9:30 am - Maureen is asleep

9:45an- Maureen is awake , we sat her in a upright position and gave her 75 Mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce and an albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6 ounces of water with thicket

Morning care, we changed Maureen's diaper. It was medium wet with medium VD odorless and yellow, applied sureprep to her sacrum area and Cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities with warm purple wipes, and dressed her for the day. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

10:30am- gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine and 20 ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. breakfast was a waffle with jelly and half a banana Maureen drink 8 ounces of orange juice with thicket..

11:20 oral care and applied facial and hand cream to Maureen. We are listening to music Maureen is relaxing/resting.

1:15pm Afternoon snack yogurt and Maureen drank 10 oz lemon water with thicket

2pm - transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest we position Maureen on the right Maureen was dry at this time.

3pm- Maureen was med wet with lg VD . We dressed her and transferred her to the patio .

Maureen drank 10oz of sparkling waters/ thicket

4:20 pm- Dinner Tom grilled Maureen had 3/4 of a burger, ear of corn on the cob, caprese salad

5:45 we gave Maureen 5 mg of OlanZapine 20 ML of cough syrup &12.5 of Vimpat w/ applesauce.Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water w/ thicket.

6:00 pm oral care .

6:15 - Transfered Maureen to the bedroom for bedtime we changed Maureen she's med wet , with lg vd brown oderless . We applied cavil on between her inner thighs . We washed Maureen's face and hands and legs . We dressed her for the night and positioned her to the left
