Wednesday November 29, 2023 Daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen just opened her eyes, she’s lying on her left. Now accepting sips of water via swab.

• 7:00am Maureen’s sleepy.

• 7:30am She’s still sleepy

• 8:15am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:25am Our day starts giving Maureen a full body bath with warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta. No redness observed. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:45am Breakfast: oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax, and couple spoons of Greek yogurt. Coughed twice, suction pump used.

• 9:00am Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

• Daily Miralax dosage: 1/4 cap.

• Carolyn brought dinner!

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 9:20am Morning oral care.

• 9:30am Facial routine performed.

• 10:00am Maureen had half cup of ginger tea.

• 11:00am Ann, RN came for Maureen’s weekly visit,

Lungs are clear

BP: 112/72 Pulse: 72

Temp: 98.2

• 11:00am Meghann, SW also visited.

• 11:15am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first resting break. Diaper was dry, positioned on her right side at 11:25.

• 12:15pm First resting break ends. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:30pm Lunch Veggies soup, shrimp salad, diced tomato, 10oz coconut water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. No coughs.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

• 1:10pm Oral care.

• 1:30pm Maureen is awake and relaxing on her chair while listening music .

• 2:00pm Maureen had 3/4 cup of lemon water.

• 2:15pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Positioned on her left starting at 2:30.

• 3:20pm Second break we ends. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed Maureen to the front room.

• 3:35pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi). She coughed once.
