Wednesday May 27th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water & 1 suction. We sat her up in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

Lungs & Bowel sounds are good.

-10:30am Maureen is getting a albuterol breathing treatment.

-Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes and dressed her for the day. Transferred Maureen into the living room. We gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce

-10:50am breakfast is a waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice w/ half cap of Miralax and Thick-it. 2 suction's 4 coughs w/meal

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music and relaxing/resting.

-1:15pm afternoon snack yogurt w/10oz.of lemon water.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Gave Maureen a suppository & positioned Maureen on her left side.

-3:00pm Maureen had a BM it was medium & formed & medium wet w/small VD odorless and yellow. We cleaned her & transferred her to go outside. We took her for a walk 3blks. around & came back & sat on patio. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It.

-4:05 brought Maureen in from patio & changed her diaper, she had a medium soft BM. We transferred Maureen into the living room.

-4:20pm we gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:35pm dinner hamburger w/creamed corn & pasta salad.

-5:20pm we gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. Maureen had hiccups per Tom gave her a small piece of lemon & they were gone.

-5:40pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/small VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs & washed her face and hands. Applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face & dressed her for the night. We positioned Maureen on her left side.

-Fluids-44oz.
