Tuesday May 26,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side already awake, very calm no signs of pain or any distress.

We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and  gave her Neb treatment with albuterol,she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water.

10:00AM- Morning care. We wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry but has large VD brownish odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. We shampoo  and wash her hair.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:30AM-Breakfast- scrambled egg with, tomatoes and onions with banana . finished 8oz thickened prune juice with 1/2 cap of  miralax ,Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

No coughing

11:15AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

11:25AM- Maureen is relaxing and listening music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened flavored sparkling water and had strawberry and banana Yogurt for as snack. No cough

2:00PM - giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM-We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet and has small VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-  Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry, We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened flavored sparkling water.

4: 15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner -  Italian sausage, potato salad and caprese salad.. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water.

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet and has VD cloudy odorless. we cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
