Friday May 29th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

-Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/ XL VD odorless and yellow. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day. Today we washed Maureen's hair.

-10:45am we transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. Maureen finished 8oz.of orange juice w/Thick-It. 3 suction's & 4 coughs w/meal.

-11:20am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream to Maureen.

-11:30am Maureen is listening to music and relaxing/resting. Maureen is coughing alot of phlegm... 1 suction

-1:15pm afternoon snack yogurt & Maureen drank 10oz.of lemon water w/Thick-It. 2 coughs

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed Maureen's diaper it was heavy wet w/medium soft BM & medium VD odorless and yellow. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:00pm getting Maureen ready to start her afternoon, we changed her diaper it was dry. Got her dressed & ready to go for a walk. We walked & sat on the patio til it was time for dinner. Checked Maureen's diaper it was dry.

-4:30pm dinner is orange chicken w/fried rice. We gave her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It. 2 suction's & 3 coughs w/dinner.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet & a small soft BM w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's face & hands and applied cream to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed Maureen for the night & positioned her on her left side.
