Thursday May 28, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side already awake, Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab. very calm no signs of pain or any distress.

We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and  gave her Neb treatment with albuterol,she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water.

No coughing

10:00AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry but has small VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:30AM-Breakfast- scrambled egg with, tomatoes and onions and avocado , finished 8oz thickened orange juice, Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

No coughing

11:15AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

11:25AM- Maureen is relaxing and listening music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened sparkling water and had cherry Yogurt for as snack. Cough2x suction once

2:00PM - giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM-We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and has XL soft BM. We cleaned and cleaned. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-  Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry, We dressed Maureen and we went for a walk.

4:00PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened coconut water.

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner -  Italian sausage, potato salad and corn. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water.

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and has medium VD cloudy odorless. we cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 98.0

P - 113bpm

O2 - 98%

Liquid intake - 44oz

Note: we checked PULSE many times but still high, Tom will monitor.
