Wednesday May 20th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake Tom has given her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & giving her a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

-Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & got her dressed for the day. Maureen is much calmer today, no tremors.

-10:30am We transferred Maureen into the living room. We gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. 1 suction. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. 3 coughs.

Maureen finished 8oz. of orange juice w/Thick-It. ]】】]

-11:15am Oralcare & we applied facial and hand cream. Maureen is relaxing/resting watching game shows.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack 1/2 banana w/diced pears. 5 coughs

-2:00pm we gave her a albuterol breathing treatment & Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:20pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/XL VD odorless and yellow. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry & we dressed her to be transferred. Maureen finished 10oz.of lemon water w/Thick-It. Alot of coughing this afternoon w/3 suction's.

-4:30pm checked diaper she was dry. Dinner was Mongolia beef w/fried rice. We gave her 10mg of Loratadine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed her face & hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night and positioned her on her left side.
