Tuesday May 19,1023 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping.

10:15AM - Maureen is awake, a lot of tremors it takes a long to calm her.

We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and  gave her Neb treatment with albuterol,she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water.

10:45AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with medium VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We shampoo and wash her hair.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11:20AM- Breakfast- scrambled egg with ham, tomatoes and onions and avocado. finished 8oz thickened prune juice with 1/2 cap of  miralax ,Maureen ate well.

Coughed once  suction.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

12:00PM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:10- Maureen is relaxing and listening music. Bryan

came .

1:20PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened flavored sparkling water and had cantaloupe for as fruit snack. Cough3x suction once

2:30PM We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and has XL formed BM. we  cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

3:30PM - give her Neb treatment with albuterol.

3:45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Eggplant parm with pasta. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened coconut water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.
