Wednesday, March 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, lying in her left side - still looking a bit sleepy.

8:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes back to sleep.

9:10AM - Maureen opened her eyes and looking more awake and ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:25AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, red spot on her left underarm is still lightly visible - applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Outside labia still appears red - used only the tepid water and Cavilon spray to clean her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:40AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Coughed 2x.

10:20AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care followed after. Maureen closed her eyes right away after for a nap.

10:50AM - Carolyn arrived.

**Meghann, social worker arrived.

11:35AM - Shelly, RN from Journey Care came for Maureen's regular nurse visit. Lung sounds clear, and bowel sounds can be heard.

BP - 116/68

HR - 64 bpm

Nurse Shelly checked Maureen's rashes and gave us a cream with zinc to use.

12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied the new cream - Calazinc. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:55PM - Lunch - tuna salad, avocado, lentil soup and 10oz of coconut water. Coughed once and sneeze 2x.

**We reclined geri chair one notch before lunch for comfort.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed and position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and headed to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
