Thursday April 16th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment.

Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

• MorningCare- we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/XLarge VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day.

-10:30am transferred

Maureen into the living, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/tomato and onion w/diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice w/Thick-It & a capful of Miralax.

-11:45am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music and relaxing/resting.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon & she finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper & she had a Xlarge BM & large wet w/no VD. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:00pm gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner lemon chix w/mashed potatoes & veggies. Gave her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. She drank 10oz of sparkling water.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs & washed her face and hands. Applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night, positioned Maureen on her left side.

Fluids-44oz.
