Wednesday April 15, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:10AM -Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry, Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)with purée pear.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and jelly , and kiwi, finished 8 oz thickened prune juice  with one cap Miralax. Maureen ate well. Coughed once suction

11:20AM - Oral care.

11:25AM- eye spa with wet warm cotton

11:35AM - Facial and hand care routine

12:10PM-  Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened lemon water and had melon for as fruit snack.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet, with medium VD cloudy odorless. we  cleaned and changed,we position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was wet with medium VD cloudy odorless, we cleaned and change.Dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water. Cough once suction.

4:10- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:25- diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Hotdog, potato salad and pickles. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened root beer.

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
