8:00am Maureen is lying on her left side sleeping peacefully.
8:30am Maureen’s asleep.

9:00am Maureen recently woke up without distress, accepted sips of water via swab afterward..
9:10am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

O2: 96
9:20am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.
9:40am Saline Neb treatment.
9:50am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.
9:52am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water by spoonful, waffle with pear sauce and 5oz apple juice. Maureen coughed three times getting out a huge phlegm on her own. She sneezed once.
No MiraLAX administered
10:35am Oral care.
10:45am Facial routine performed.

11:00am Ann, RN arrives for Maureen’s weekly visit:

Maureen closed her eyes for about 15 minutes previous to her resting time.
11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.
12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.
12:45pm Lunch: Chicken salad with steamed carrots, caramelized onion and sweet pepper, and 11oz root beer. Maureen coughed three times during meal, suction pump used once.
1:30pm Maegan, SW from Journey Care visited.
1:35pm Oral care.
Maureen stayed alert the whole time after lunch.
2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.
3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.
3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).
Total liquids ingested 25oz.
