Wednesday, July 2, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping, she's

on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen's awake, no signs of distress.

8:45AM - Maureen still looking sleepy and eyes half-way closed. She went back to sleep 5-10mins after.

9:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes, coughed once. Looking more awake now. We waited 10mins and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 104/62, P: 88, O2: 96%

9:30AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no rashes/redness on skin. Diaper was dry, very small, light brown spot on diaper. We cleaned using the new product - DynaCare Perineum Wash (will monitor any skin changes/reaction) and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:45AM - Maureen took 4oz of prune juice which she drank pretty well. Coughed only once.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with strawberry jelly, pear and had 8oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x. She sound better today, not phlegmy.

10:20AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline.

10:40AM - Facial and hand care routine.

Maureen's leaning all the way back on the recliner - shoulders and hands relaxed.

11:00AM - Maureen closed her eyes for nap.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets, chicken-veggie soup, and 10oz of sparkling water (given gradually, atleast small sips). Maureen coughed 2x with sneezes each time.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Less coughing today for Maureen. She was able to cough up phlegm and used suction machine once to assist.

2:30PM - It is time for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. Proceed to get Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
