Tuesday March 10th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we sat her up in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine, 500mg of Citrofloxacin w/pear puree and albuterol breathing treatment & 6oz of water.

-10:10am Morning Care we changed her diaper it was dry, we applied sureprep to the sacrum area and cavilon between her thighs & bottom. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. We dressed her to start her day. We washed Maureen's hair.

-10:45am. we transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave Maureen 2 Senna tabs, cough syrup & 10mg of Loratadine w/pear puree.

-Breakfast was scrambled egg w/tomato and onion w/avocado.

-11:15am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music.

-11:45am Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack & 10oz.of lemon water

-2:15 pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break rest, we changed her diaper it was heavy wet & positioned her on her right side.

-3:05pm start Maureen's afternoon... we changed her diaper it was medium wet. Dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:00pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner pancit noodles & a lumpia(Cheryl cooked) Maureen enjoyed.

-5:15pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 500mg of Citrofloxacin, 2 Senna tabs, cough syrup & Vimpat w/pear puree. Finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-5:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet. We applied cavilon between her thighs and bottom. Washed Maureen's face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
