Thursday March 12th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we positioned her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & she drank 6oz of water. She also had her albuterol breathing treatment.

-10:30am Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/medium VD. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her thighs and bottom. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes, dressed her to start her day.

-10:50am we transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/pear puree & 20ml of cough syrup & last dose of 500mg of Citrofloxacin w/pear puree.

-11:05am breakfast egg w/tomato and onion w/diced avocado & 8oz.of prune juice.

-11:55am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Resting listening to music.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes w/10oz.of lemon water.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was dry & we positioned her on her right side.

-3:00pm starting Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was dry. We dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. Finished 10oz.of of coconut water. Watching game shows.

-4:15pm gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner chicken w/broccoli & 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:15pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/pear puree, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg/ml of Vimpat w/pear puree.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed her diaper it was X- heavy wet w/odor & applied cavilon to her bottom and between her thighs. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.

Fluids- 44oz.
