Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, she's on her left side. Tom gave her sips of water via swab, he informed that Maureen woke up 10mins ago.

8:30AM - Maureen is still looking sleepy on bed. We will give her extra time.

Maureen eventually closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:00AM - Maureen is still sleeping.

9:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes. Waited 10mins and looking like she's ready to take her morning pill - administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:45AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on upper extremities. Diaper was heavy wet, redness on right inner thighs were gone, there is still very light redness on left inner thighs. Skin is looking better. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on appropriate areas. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:55AM - Breakfast - omelette with sweet pepper, zucchini, tomato and onion, pear and 1/4 cup of coffee. Maureen also had a cup

of lemon water. Coughed 3x and sneezed once.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:20AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:25AM - Oral care.

Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort and proceed with her facial and hand care routine.

10:40AM - Carolyn arrived.

11:00AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for the weekly nurse visit. Checked Maureen's lungs which are cleared, less bowel sounds on stomach. She also checked Maureen's rashes on her inner thighs.

11:25AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position her to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was tuna salad, beets and zucchini soup. Maureen had a cup of coconut water. Maureen coughed 3x.

**Maureen is a little phlemy today.

1:30PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch after

2:00PM - Maureen took 3/4 cup of lemon water. Maureen was looking a little tired however, stayed awake and relaxed.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
