Sunday, March 15 Daytime update

• 9:30 am - Maureen is sleeping. She was awake about an hour ago, got some sips of water and then went back to sleep.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 10:10 am- Maureen is awake.

• 10:20 am-We raised the bed and Maureen had 6 oz of water. We administered 75 mcg with puréed pear.

• 10:25 am Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

• 10:30 am- We started the day with cleaning and changing a heavy wet diaper. There was a lot of thick, white odorless vaginal discharge. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner tights. Washed Maureen’s upper body. Dressed and transferred her

• to the recliner.

• 10:45 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with puréed pear.

• 10:50 am- Breakfast- omelette, 8 oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed twice, sneezed twice.

• 11:30 am- Administered 20 ml of Geri- Tussin.

• 11:40 am- Morning oral care.

• 11:45 am- Facial and hand care routine.

• 12:30 pm- Maureen had 10 oz of lemon water.

• 1:10 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon and grapes. Maureen coughed two times.

• 1:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and she had a medium formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

• 2:25 pm - Maureen’s rest break is over. Diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the front room.

• 2:40 pm- Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

• 3:00 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’s treatment.

• 3:30 pm- Maureen had 10 oz of coconut water.

• 4:20 pm- Administered 20 ml of Geri- Tussin with puréed pear.

• 4:30 pm- Dinner- Baked salmon, steamed broccoli, 10 oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed two times.

• 5:25 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with puréed pear.

• 5:40 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the night. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion on her face, hands and legs. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
