Monday March 16th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We put her in a upright position. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & she drank 6oz of water. Gave Maureen her albuterol breathing treatment.

-10:15am Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/small cloudy VD & small soft BM, applied sureprep to her sacrum area & put cavilon on her bottom & between her thighs. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Got Maureen dressed to start her day.

We washed her hair today.

-10:55am we transferred Maureen into the living room. Made breakfast it was waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi. Gave her 10mg of Loratadine & cough syrup w/pear puree.

-11:15am Shelly came(nurse)

Lungs were clear

-12:20pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-12:30pm Maureen finished 8oz.of prune juice. Listening to music & relaxing.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes. 10oz.of lemon water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. Her diaper was heavy wet w/a large formed BM, we positioned Maureen on her right side. Large yellow VD also.

-3:15pm start Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room, watching game shows. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:10pm gave Maureen her albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:40pm dinner orange chicken w/beets.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 12.5mg of Vimpat & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree.

-5:30pm Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:40pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet, applied cavilon to her bottom and between her thighs. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. We dressed her for the night and positioned her on her left side.
