Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, looking calm while lying on her left side. No signs of any pain or distress observed.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purples wipes - no rashes or redness on skin. Diaper is dry, no vaginal discharges - we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, scrambled egg with sweet pepper, tomato and onions, and Activia yogurt. Maureen coughed 2x.

10:05AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

Maureen took half a cup of water.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Facial care and hand care routine.

Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

**We moved to the front room to see what movie we can watch while waiting for the nurse to come.

10:50AM - Carolyn arrived and Kelsie, nurse arrived a little after. Lungs were cleared, bowel sounds heard. Arm circ - 22.5cm, Leg circ - 32cm

BP: 104/ 56

HR: 72

**May do half Activia yogurt everyday.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed then, moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Reclined geri chair one notch before we started lunch. Lunch - chicken-veggie soup, chicken salad, beets and a cup of coconut water. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen is looking relaxed while sitting on her chair. Looking very awake compared this morning.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, position to face her left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

3:50PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of water before fruit snack ( banana and apple).
