Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025 - Daytime Update.

Happy New Year, Everyone!

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, looking calm and still slightly sleeping while lying on her left side. No signs of pain or distress.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position - administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. She closed her eyes right after, gave her more time to snooze.

8:55AM - Maureen opened her eyes and looking like she's ready to start her day. Me and Tom washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry with very small, light brown spot on it. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, crepe with syrup and scrambled egg, and Activia yogurt. Maureen coughed 3x and sneezed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 1 tab Colace with yogurt.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:10AM - Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

10:30 - Maureen had 1/4 cup of water and took a nap after. She was bery relaxed while sitting on the chair.

11:30AM - Time for Maureen's 1st rest break, we transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen after.

12:45PM - Lunch was chicken noodle soup and kolaczki for dessert. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water as well. Coughed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort prior to lunch.

1:25PM - Oral care.

**She had sips of water.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:20PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:30PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon) and half a cup of water. Coughed once.

4:00PM - Maureen is watching her fave game show.

4:45PM - Dinner - honey baked ham, loaded smashed potato, broccoli and baked cinnamon apples. Maureen was eating very well although starting to get sleepy at the very end. Coughed 3x.

5:30 - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

5:40PM - Oral care.

Transferred to the bedroom after. Diaper was dry with very small, light brown spot. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs and Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:00PM - Maureen is sleeping.
