Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - sleeping. No signs of any distress. Tom informed she woke up earlier, had sips of water via swab and went back to close her eyes to sleep after.

9:30AM - Maureen's sleeping in and out, still looking sleepy. Will give her more time until she's ready.

9:45AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, gave her sips of water via swab and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:55AM - Me and Tom washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, skin is clear. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned her using water and Cetaphil cleaner, and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:10AM - Maureen had 10oz lemon water. Ate waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana and 8 oz apple juice for breakfast. Coughed once.

11:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Maureen's leaning back on her recliner - looking relaxed.

11:45AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face her right side.

12:15PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:35PM - Maureen's awake, 1st rest break is over as well. Diaper was medium wet with snall, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets and 12 oz coconut water. Maureen coughed 3x (cough out phlegm 2x on her own), sneeze 3x.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - We transfered her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face the right side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:20PM - Maureen took 5oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack (apple and melon).

**Maureen's has been leaning forward more today than the usual. Looked tired and sleepy.
