Sunday March 8th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen was awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water & she fell back asleep. Made Sunday omelet & made more pear puree.

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we put her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & 6oz. of water.

-10:20am Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/light VD odorless. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area & cavilon between her upper thighs. Washed her face and upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & we got her dressed.

-10:45am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/pear puree, 2 Senna tabs, cough syrup & 500mg of citrofloxacin all w/pear puree.

-11:00am gave Maureen her breakfast Sunday omelet & 10oz. of coconut water.

-11:45am Oralcare

-11:55am Albuterol breathing treatment given.

-12:15pm applied facial and hand cream.

-12:25pm Deacon Andy was here, Blessed Maureen & gave her (Us)communion.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon.

-1:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break early because Sister Roberta coming. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/light odor, positioned her on her left side.

-2:45pm Sr. Roberta here, got Maureen up. Changed her diaper it was light wet ,got her up to start the afternoon.

-4:45pm dinner was chicken & sweet potato, Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:25pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 2 Senna tabs & cough syrup w/pear puree & Vimpat and 500mg Citrofloxacin w/pear puree. Maureen finished 6oz of lemon water.

-5:45pm Maureen got a Albuterol breathing treatment.

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime, changed her diaper it was heavy wet. Washed her hands and face & applied cream to her legs, feet, hands and face. We positioned her on her left side.
