Wednesday April 22,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:50AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was heavy wet with Large VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. Also applied above her hairline 2% Miconazole Nitrate powder for her redness. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM-  Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly , and kiwi, finished 6oz thickened prune juice  with half a cap Miralax. Maureen ate well. Coughed once suction

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)with purée pear.

11:20AM-Oral care

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine

11:40AM-Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Coughed3x suction.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry,we position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was meduim wet and medium VD cloudy odorless. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had a fudged chocolate and 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:10- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - shrimp pasta. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. And also applied above her hairline 2% Miconazole Nitrate powder for her redness. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
