Tuesday April 21st Morning Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we sat her in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper it was large wet w/X large VD odorless and yellow. Applied Nystatin above her hairline. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her for the day. We washed her hair today.

-10:40am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave her 10mg of Loratadine, 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/tomato and onion & diced kiwi. Maureen drank 6oz of prune juice w/Thick-It and a half cap of Miralax.

-11:20am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music, relaxing/resting.
