Thursday April 23rd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/large VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We put antifungal powder above her hairline. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day.

-10:30am we transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a scrambled egg w/onion and tomato and diced avocado. Maureen drank 6oz of prune juice w/Thick-It.

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand moisturizer.

-11:45am sitting out on the patio, beautiful outside

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon on patio, one cough...no suction. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:00pm bringing Maureen inside to get her ready for afternoon rest break. Maureen was dry, we positioned her on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. We dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room.

-3:30pm gave Maureen some of her fudge & she drank 10oz of lemon water. Watching game shows.

-4:00pm gave Maureen her albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner chicken w/potatoes salad & beets.

-5:10pm we gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup &12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:35pm Oral care

-6:00pm we transferred to the bedroom, performed a clean and change from a medium formed BM with a medium wet diaper. Cavilon lotion was applied to all appropriate areas and Cetaphil lotion was applied to face, arms, hands, legs and feet. Maureen is lying on her left side.
