8:00 am: Maureen is awake, lying calmly on her left side.
8:20 am: We raised the bed, administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:35 am: Dalia and I started our day giving Maureen a full body bath using warmed purple wipes and Aloa Vesta.
The diaper was medium wet.
Cleaned and changed.
Applied Cavilon Barrier and cream.
We washed her hair.
Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
9:05 am: Maureen had 1/4 fresh pear and 8oz prune juice.
9:15 am: 2 x 50mg Senna pills (crushed) with apple sauce and a cup of lemon water.
Maureen was sitting comfortably in her chair. Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort. She was watching Disney movie. She coughed ones.
9:40 am: Breakfast: fruit/oatmeal smoothie with 3 prunes and some yogurt. Maureen did not cough during the breakfast.
9:50 am: Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
9:55 am: Oral care.
10:05 am: Facial and hand care routine.
11:00 am: Ann, RN, visited for Maureens weekly check up.

11:15 am: We transfered Maureen to the bedroom for her first resting break.
Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Positioned on her right side at 11:30.
12:30 pm: first rest break ended. Diaper was light wet.
We cleaned and changed Maureen.
Transferred to the kitchen.
12:45 pm: Lunch: chicken veggie soup with crackers and two spoonfuls of yougurt.
Full cup of watermelon juice.
Coughed four times.
We reclined Geri chair for comfort.
1:15 pm: Oral care.
1:30 pm: Maureen's sitting comfortably listening to music.
1/2 cup of water with lemon.
2:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the second resting break.
Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed, positioned on her left side.
3:30 pm: second rest break ended.
The diaper was medium wet.
Cleaned and changed.
Transferred to the living room.
3:45 pm: Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
