Monday April 13th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave a few swabs of water. At 8:45am Tom said she woke up w/anxiety PO-97/76 took a bit for her to calm down & hip cup sounds.

We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

• MorningCare- we changed her diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day.

-10:35am transferred Maureen into the living room.

-Shelly's visit lung sounds are good, bowels sounds are present.

-11:05am breakfast waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice w/Thick-It & capful of Miralax. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce.

-12:00pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music resting/relaxing. Gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon.

-2:10pm transferred Maureen

into the bedroom for afternoon

rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/ medium VD odorless and cloudy. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:10pm start Maureen's afternoon, diaper was dry. We dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It.

-3:30pm Sr. Roberta came to treat Maureen.

-4:45pm dinner pot roast w/potatoes and carrots. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water. Gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce.

-5:40pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
