2/14/26 daytime summary

Saturday, February 14,2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom's giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress. Coughs 2x used suction machine.

9:50AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. She drink 6oz of water.

10:15AM - Gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was Light wet, and has small clear Vaginal discharge - Odorless Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. The left breast under has redness, applied Nystatin cream. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:45AM - Maureen took 4 oz electrolytes water . Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, with avocado finished 8oz prune juice, and pear. Maureen ate well. Coughed 4x used suction machine.

11:25AM - Oral care.

11:45AM - Facial and hand care routine.

12:20PM - Neb treatment with Albuterol

12:45PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

1:30 - Maureen took 8oz of coconut water and had kiwi and melon for fruit snack. Coughed 3x use suction machine

2:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet . cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 8 oz coconut water .No coughing.

4:50PM - Dinner - baked salmon Brussels sprouts and stuffing.Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 8oz sparkling water. Coughing 3x.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Maureen was clean and dry. applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:30PM - Maureen's sleeping.
