Tuesday September 24, 2024 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s still asleep.

• 8:30pm Maureen sleeps soundly.

• 8:55am Maureen woke up calmly 20 minutes ago. Now, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce. While on her back, Maureen closed her eyes and slept for about 50 minutes.

• 9:50am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with slight trace of vaginal discharge, cold washcloth cleaned vagina area, applied nystatin, applied Cavilon barrier film sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 10:15am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice, Oatmeal/fruit smoothie with a full activia yogurt. Maureen had a coughing/sneezing episode during breakfast, suction pump used twice.

• 10:30am Administered 10mg loratadine, 1-50mg Senna plus (crushed), and 1-4200mg cranberry with smoothie.

• Daily Senna dosage: 2-50mg

• 10:45am Oral care and facial routine performed.

• Maureen took a 40 minutes nap as soon as she was done with her morning routine.

• Maureen had a cup of lemon water before her break.

• 11:50am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper it’s dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:50pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with some clear vaginal discharge, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 1:05pm Blood pressure: 110/64, P 65.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

• 1:10pm Lunch: Rice, chicken, kale soup with guacamole, full cup of coconut water. Coughed three times.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 1:50pm Doctor Parise arrives to trim Maureen’s toe nails.

• 2:20pm Maureen’s alert while listening to her playlist. She had half cup of lemon water in the meantime.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper it’s dry, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a Medium-hard BM, and some clear vaginal discharge, using a cold damp washcloth at the end to tap clean vaginal area. Dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:50pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with half cup of diluted cranberry juice.
