Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Arrived with Maureen lying on bed facing her left side.

**According to Dalia, Maureen has been awake since 6:40AM til 7:15AM. She gave her sips of water via swab. Maureen's awake however, still looking sleepy, closes her eyes from time to time.

8:20AM - Maureen looking more awake now. We raised the bed up and in upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:30AM - Started Maureen's day by washing her upper body with warmed purple wipes, no redness on skin observed. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed it. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacral area and Cavilon cream on diaper folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

8:45AM - Breakfast - oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, couple of spoonfuls of yogurt. Coughed 3x.

Daily dose of MiraLAX - 1/4 cap

9:05AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.

9:10AM - Oral care.

9:20AM - Saline Neb treatment.

9:40AM - BP: 118/60, 67

9:50AM - Prepared Maureen for a walk outside.

10:50AM - Walked for a good 50mins. We had a nice sunny, breezy weather outside. Maureen enjoyed the walk and was awake all the time.

10:55AM - Maureen drank half cup of water after the walk.

11:05AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned Maureen to face on her right side at 11:15AM.

12:10PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed it. Finished dressing and transferred Maureen to the kitchen for her lunch.

12:20PM - Reclined geri chair one notch because Maureen was leaning forward a lil bit.

Lunch - veggie/tomato soup, shrimp salad, 12oz sparkling water and yogurt. Sneezed once.

12:50PM - Oral care.

1:10PM - BP: 120/70, 83

1:35PM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her geri chair, listening to her music - not sleepy at all.

2:10PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was lightly wet. We cleaned and changed it. Positioned Maureen facing her left side.

**Carolyn dropped by to bring dinner for Maureen.

3:10PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed thoroughly. Finished dressing then headed to the front room.

3:30PM - Fruit snack time (melon and pear) while watching game show on tv.
