Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Arrived with Dalia sitting at bedside with Maureen soundly sleeping facing her left side. According to Dalia, Maureen woke up at 6:30am upon her arrival and stayed awake for 30mins before falling back to sleep.

8:30AM - Maureen was still sleeping.

8:50AM - Maureen already awake. In upright position, we administered 75mcg of Levothroxine with apple sauce.

9:00AM - We started Maureen's day by washingn her upper body with warmed purple wipes, no redness on skin observed. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then transferred to the kitchen.

9:20AM - Breakfast was fruit/oatmeal smoothie, 8 oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX. Coughed once.

Daily dose of MiraLAX - 1/4 cap

9:40AM - Oral care.

9:50AM - Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort. Then, facial and hand care.

10:20AM - Maureen was sitting quietly and awake the whole time.

10:50AM - BP: 110/68, 63

11:00AM - Maureen looking sleepy and even closing her eyes. She drank half a cup of lemon water.

11:05PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium, we cleaned and changed her. Positioned to face on her right side starting at 11:15am.

12:20PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Transferred to the kitchen.

12:30PM - Lunch was grilled shrimp and chicken salad, 12 oz of sparkling water and a couple spoonfuls of yogurt. Mauren enjoyed very much (we all did!) brought by Carolyn. No coughs.

1:00PM - Reclined geri chair. Oral care.

1:30PM - Maureen's energy went low however , awake after lunch break. Sitting on her geri chair listening to her list of fave music.

1:15PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen to face her left side at 2:25pm.

3:25PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:35PM - Fruit snack (pear, kiwi, melon).
