Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025 Daytime update

• 9:00am Maureen’s lying on her left looking very sleepy. As per Marianne she’s already been in and out of sleep for a few minutes on my arrival.

• 9:30am Maureen’s receptive to sips of water via swab.

• 9:40am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:42am Blood pressure: 114/60.

  Pulse: 60

  O2: 93

• 9:45am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:53am Marianne and I started the day by giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective wipe to sacrum, Medline remedy cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

• 10:13am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:15am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, poached egg with banana, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed once during breakfast.

• 10:45am Oral care followed by facial routine.

• 11:00am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She had 9oz of electrolyte drink once home.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period.

• 12:40pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:55pm Lunch: Beef and rice soup (blended), tuna salad with fresh tomato, and 9oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed (dry) three times during meal.

• 1:45pm Oral care.

• Maureen got sleepy after lunch, however, she stayed awake the whole time.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a large-formed BM. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 8oz of lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 43oz.
