Monday, Nov. 27, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping.

9:20AM - We turn Maureen on her right side.

9:35AM - Maureen woke up, looking ready to start her day. We gave her sips of water via swab. No signs of any distress observed.

9:45AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with albuterol followed.

9:55AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath - slight redness on Maureen left underarm, we applied Calazinc. We used warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Midline Remedy cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

10:15AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana, 4 oz coffee and 10 oz water with electrolytes. Maureen coughed once.

**Kelly, RN arrived while Maureen was having her breakfast. Lungs clear, bowel sounds active. She suggested that Maureen can have a minimum of 1 albuterol or 2 if needed (with a lot of coughing) in a day.

T - 98.1

P - 68 bpm

BP - 116/68

11:00AM - Oral care.

11:05AM - Eye care/ eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - Maureen took a 5-10min nap. 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with very small formed BM, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and proceed to wash her hair.

12:50PM - We transferred to the kitchen. Lunch was shrimp salad, beets and beef-rice soup. She finished 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen ate pretty good. Coughed 2x.

1:25PM - Oral care.

1:35PM - Out for a walk.

2:15PM - Arrived home from a nice walk.

Maureen took 4 oz lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 10oz water with electrolyte. Fruit snack (banana and melon). Coughed 2x.

Maureen's energy has maintained. She's doing pretty well today.
