Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:00AM - Maureen's on her left side sleeping. Tom informed she woke up and gave her sips of water and went back to sleep right after.

9:20AM - Turn Maureen to the right side.

9:45AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looking ready to start her day and receptive with sips of water.

BP: 110/65, P: 75, O2: 96%

9:55AM - Placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with albuterol followed.

10:10AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, brownish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

10:20AM - Maureen took 10 oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - a slice of banana bread, pear and 8oz apple juice. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed once.

11:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Maureen's comfortable while on her recliner.

12:00PM - Me and Karen moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

1:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We transferred Maureen to the front room.

1:10PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh avocado and 12 oz sparkling water. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:35PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to the front room after getting Maureen dressed.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had 10oz of water with electrolytes.
