Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025 - Daytime update

• 9:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side. As per Marianne, she’s been sleeping the whole time since her arrival.

• 9:30am Maureen is sleeping soundly.

• 9:55am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:52am Blood pressure: 99/58.

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 92

• 9:56am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 10:08am Marianne and I started our day by giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes , no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective wipe to sacrum, Medline remedy cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

• 10:28am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:30 Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, poached egg with fresh pear and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed twice (dry) during meal.

• 11:00am Oral care followed by facial routine.

• 11:15am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed well alert all the way.

• Once home, Maureen had 4oz of electrolyte drink.

• 11:55am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:50pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 1:10pm Lunch: Chicken and veggies soup (blended), shrimp salad, avocado and 10oz of cranberry juice. Maureen coughed twice (dry) during meal.

• 1:45pm Oral care.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy diaper with an

  X-Large-formed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 5oz of lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 36oz
